Clean Hands Campaign: Clinic receives certificate for hand hygiene
After the special clinic for orthopedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine received the silver certificate last year as part of the Clean Hands Campaign, this year the Hellersen Sports Clinic can look forward to the gold certificate.
The evaluation criteria include, for example, the equipment with disinfectant dispensers on all wards, the amount of disinfectant used and the behavior or use of employees.
"Hand hygiene is an important component of our hygiene measures - and not just since Corona. We are pleased that we have now been able to improve in this area once again," says Dirk Burghaus, Chairman of the Board of the Hellersen Sports Clinic.
