Evaluation platform kununu awards Top Company seal to specialist clinic for orthopedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine
A good working environment and satisfied employees - that's what the Top Company seal stands for. Since 2015, the kununu rating platform has awarded an annual seal of approval to companies that have received particularly good ratings on the platform. Only five percent of the employer profiles listed on kununu qualify for it. One of these companies is Sportklinik Hellersen from Lüdenscheid.

With more than 5.1 million reviews on over one million companies, kununu is the leading platform for employer ratings and information on salary and corporate culture. The Top Company award is based on three quality indicators. The basis is formed by the employee ratings. In addition to their content, the number and timeliness are also taken into account.
In order to be included in the evaluation at all, at least six evaluations are required, and at least two of these in the past twelve months alone. In addition, the company or facility must have a minimum average rating of 3.8 stars. The more testimonials, the more balanced, meaningful and authentic an employer profile is. Kununu explains: "74 percent of employees find out about a potential new employer on rating platforms. The reason: the ratings provide constantly updated, transparent and trustworthy insights into a company. The seal underlines this once again. Through the annual award, the continuously changing score is taken into account and positive as well as negative developments are thus presented in the best possible way on the employer profile. At the same time, the award provides companies with guidance and an evaluation benchmark in a competitive comparison.
The Hellersen sports clinic has a recommendation rate of 87 percent. "We are pleased that our employees rate us so well and thank them for it. It's a nice message, especially considering that the recommendation rate of 87 percent is well above the average in the health, social and care sector," says Dirk Burghaus.
